While Gravity Labs does not directly host databases to collect or store personal identifiers like your name or email address, the game integrates industry-standard third-party developer tools that collect, process, and share specific device and user data off the device to enable core game features.

Third-Party Services

Gravity Labs is built using the Unity game engine and utilizes third-party SDKs provided by Google. These services automatically collect information to provide advertising, billing, and platform services.

The integration includes:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob collects your Approximate Location (via IP address), Device/Advertising IDs, and App Interaction data (such as ad views and clicks). This data is shared with Google and its advertising partners to serve relevant ads, limit ad frequency, and combat ad fraud.
• Google Play Games Services: Used to provide in-game leaderboards and achievements. It accesses your User ID / Gamer Profile and tracks Other User-Generated Content (such as your submitted high scores) to display rankings.
• Google Play Billing: Processes secure in-app purchases. It tracks your Purchase History to fulfill digital transactions, restore content, and maintain payment compliance.
• Diagnostics and Performance: The integrated frameworks automatically collect Crash logs and technical Diagnostics to monitor app stability and performance.

Data Encryption and Retention

All user data handled by our third-party service providers is transmitted securely over encrypted channels using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS). This data is managed and retained by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

User Choice and Opt-Outs

Users can control or opt out of personalized tracking and data collection through several methods:

• Ad Tracking: You can reset or opt out of personalized tracking by adjusting the Advertising ID settings in your Android device's privacy menu.
• Leaderboards: You can choose not to sign in to Google Play Games Services or set your profile to private to stop your scores from being published.

Children’s Privacy

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not knowingly target children or collect personal data from children under the required legal age without appropriate platform protections.
